Over Night Care
Overnight Care- Incontinence Care, Mobility Assistance, Medication Reminders
- Individualized Care Plan created by family members, case manager and any medical professionals involved in client’s care plan.
- Non Medical Assistance overnight to look after client safety.
- Roles and Responsibilities of caregiver are dependent on client’s needs.
- Hourly overnight caregivers
- No sleep hours at client’s home for caregiver, Highlight Home Care will switch caregivers after 8 hour shift.
- Caretakers will prep client for bed including helping to restroom or bedside commode.
